Hi, I’m Alex.

I’m a recent graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Photojournalism and minor in photography. I love experimenting with light and color, as well as creating narrative pieces. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m chugging boba, building keyboards and dressing up as fictional characters for fun.

Part of being a photojournalist is building the story through images rather than words, but artistry is not always at the forefront when it comes to news. I am constantly looking to approach all of my work with a creative and artistic eye.

I started ChanhVisuals to represent my fresh perspective on photography and to always search for beauty in the mundane.
